We want you to love your Bellini pieces. If something isn't perfect, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
1. Email us at returns@bellini-lingerie.co.uk with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid returns label and simple instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and drop the parcel at your nearest post point.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's done.
